Assessment

Participating in a speech and/or language assessment is an important first step in identifying any areas of difficulty your child may have. This will allow for appropriate goal setting & therapy intervention planning.

Therapy Intervention

Following an assessment and in consultation with parents, intervention goals are tailored specific to your child's needs. These goals are achieved through interactive, fun, engaging, and reinforcing activities following evidence based intervention strategies.

Therapy Intervention can support areas such as:

Receptive and/or Expressive Language Delay or Disorder
Voice, Speech Sounds Difficulties or Apraxia of Speech
Phonological Delay or Disorder
Communication Needs of Individuals with a Diagnosis eg: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome

Group Training

Group Training can be provided to both parents and school staff across a variety of settings. Training content is developed and delivered specific to the needs of each group, ensuring specific needs are met.

*No show appointments are given 48 hours to contact the service - if no contact is received after 48 hours there is an automatic removal to the end of the waiting list.

This is in place as without sufficient notice another client cannot be notified in sufficient time to take the appointment you had booked.

Booking

To secure your assessment a deposit of €100 is required. This is fully refundable if cancelled within 48hrs prior to booking.

All fees are paid in full on the day of attendance.
